1) What is an Affiliate Program?
  An Affiliate Program allows you to place links to our products on your web site. By placing these links, visitors to your site have the opportunity to buy products. If a product is purchased through your web site, we pay you a commission for each sale.
  
2) Why should I join?
  There are many reasons to join! Becoming an Affiliate is free, and you'll make money with very little effort. As an Affiliate, you can add value to the content of your site. We take the customer order and handle all payments. All you do is cash the check!
  
3) Does it cost me anything to become an Affiliate?
  No! It's absolutely free to join our Affiliate Program. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum sales requirement.
  
4) Can a web site outside Europe be an Affiliate?
  Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world. 
  
5) I operate more than one web site. Can I still be an Affiliate?
  Yes. You can have multiple sites as an Affiliate. You can have one Affiliate account with us that will include all of your sites. You can track the progress of each of your sites separately and be paid with only one commission check.
  
6) How do I sign up?
  First, you must read and accept our Affiliate Agreement. Then, you complete our online application form. After your application is submitted, we will contact you to let you know if you've been accepted as an Affiliate, and we will provide you with information on how to get started.
  
7) How does the program work?
  An Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to our web site. You do this by placing links on your site. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission. 
  
8) How do I know if my web site qualifies for your partner program?
  one may submit an application, and we review each and every potential partner web site before and after it is approved. We do reserve the right to not select a site for membership or revoke a site's membership at any time, at our discretion, if we find that it contains or links to objectionable material include: unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content, pornographic or sexually explicit materials, and discriminatory content. In addition, sites that violate our intellectual property right or laws, including variations or misspellings of theflowers.nl name, and related tags, will not be accepted.
  
9) What are my responsibilities an as Affiliate?
  The only thing you are responsible for is using the tag generator on www.globecharge.com to create and place links on your site. We handle everything else.
  
10) What are your responsibilities?
  We will provide you with the tools and support you need to maximize sales through your site. We also handle orders, shipping, and billing for all customers you refer to us.
  
11) I don't have a web site. Can I still apply?
  Unfortunately, no. In order for us to accept you as an Affiliate, we must be able to view your web site.
  
12) What if I operate more than one web site?
  You can have multiple sites under one affiliate account. You can create links specifically for each site and generate separate reports for each site. You will receive one commission check for all sites. 
  
13) How do I change my account information?
  Once you have been accepted as an Affiliate, you will be given access to globecharge.com. Your account information can be modified throughglobecharge.com.
  
14) Will becoming an Affiliate increase traffic to my site?
  Our Affiliate Program is a revenue-sharing program. It is not designed to help you increase traffic to your site; however, it enhances your site with content, so your user return rate may be higher.
  
15) My application was rejected for a missing/bad URL. What should I do?
  Please re-submit your application at the application form application page URL. Please make sure that your URL is submitted correctly. 
  
16) Who do I contact with a question unrelated to the partner program? What if I have a business proposal to present?

18) How do I create links?
  We have an automatic tag generator on globecharge.com  that creates HTML that you cut and paste into your web site. It is so easy to use even beginners can create links in seconds. The tag generator allows you to create hundreds of types of links to our products.
  
19) Where should I place the links on my site?
  You should place links where they are easy for your site visitors to find, such as your homepage. Some areas you may want to place your links include your home page, your navigation bar, and any other traffic areas. If you place the links in an easily accessible location on your site, your visitors will be more likely to make a purchase.
  
20) How often should I update my links?
  You should update links to our products frequently. We are constantly adding new products, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors.
  
21) What types of links do you offer?
  Currently, we offer a variety of links in various sizes, including banner, search box, product, and text links. 
  
22) Can I change and update my links whenever I want?
  Yes. Visit globecharge.com to find the latest links to place on your site. You may change and update the links on your site at any time, based on seasonal promotions, what's hot in the news, or for whatever reasons you wish.
  
23) My link isn't working properly. What should I do?
  If you experience trouble with your link, please do the following:
Verify that your HTML code is identical to the code the Tag Generator provides on globecharge.com. Be sure to copy all of the code. Some web-editing programs will alter the code after you paste it into your page. If your web-editing program is altering your code, please click the Help with HTML button in the Generator HTML Code popup window.
Make sure that you have not added extra spaces or hard returns in the code.
IMPORTANT! Altering the HTML code may affect the tracking of transactions originating from your link. We strongly suggest that you do not modify the code in any way

24) Can I list product prices? If no, why not?
  No, except for prices that may be shown within one of our banner ads. Because price changes can be frequent due to product availability, special promotions and limited time offers, we are not able to update our partners promptly. Our mutual customers will be confused if they see one price for a product on your site and a different price on ours. We do not want to disappoint to our pricing policy. 
  
25) Can I take the order on my site? If no, why not?
  No. It is essential we take the order on our site in order to provide our customers with delivery and customer care services. We can only do so if the order is taken on our site.
  
26) Can I use descriptions from your site, etc.? If no, why not?
  Yes, feel free to use the content provided on globecharge.com. However, we ask that you do not alter the graphics or wording in any way. We do not allow use of any graphics or material that is not provided on our globecharge.com site. 
  
27) How much can I earn?
  We can't predict how much you will earn from our Affiliate Program because we don't know anything about your web site or your visitors. 
  
28) How do I know how much commission I've earned?
  Through globecharge.com, you can access reports, which are updated daily, that provide information on impressions, click throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.
  
29) Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
  Yes. When you buy products from us through your web site, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor purchase.
  
30) What about product returns?
  If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will NOT be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
  
31) How can I monitor my sales?
  You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through globecharge.com.
  
32) Who processes orders and handles customer service?
  We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest!
  
33) How will you know that the orders came from my site?
  All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. This is only possible, though, when you create all of your links with the tag generator on globecharge.com 
  
34) How often can I run reports?
  You can run reports daily if you wish. , our reporting web site, is updated daily with the latest information about your site.
  
35) I operate more than one web site. Can you track them separately but pay me with one commission check?
  Yes. You can have multiple sites under one Affiliate account. You can create links and generate reports specifically for each site, but you will receive one commission check for all of your sites. To set up an account with multiple sites, please contact us at info@flowers.nl  with the names and URLs of the additional sites.
  
36) How are orders from my site tracked and credited?
  All links from your site to ours include a unique ID. This ID allows us to identify customers coming from your site and to credit you if they make a purchase. It is essential that all links on your site be created using the Tag Generator tool on globecharge.com so that they are tracked correctly.
  
37) How much will I get paid for sales that originate from my site, and how often?
  We will pay you a commission on all Qualifying Purchases (as defined in our Operating Agreement) that occur during a linked session from your site. Our commission structure is as follows:
Earn 6 % commission for monthly sales under 700 EURO.
Earn 6.5 % commission for monthly sales starting at 700 EURO.
Earn 7 % commission for monthly sales starting at 1400 EURO.
Earn 8 % commission for monthly sales starting at 8500 EURO.
All purchases made through your site are tracked globe charge independent organisation.

You will receive a commission check each month if your commissions earned for that month total at least 25 EURO. If commissions earned for that period of time are less than 25 EURO, the earnings will be held and accumulate until they reach that threshold.

Commission rates will be based on the amount actually paid to Site Name for Qualifying Purchases, excluding sales taxes, duties, shipping, handling, and similar charges.
